Change in Business Practices in Response to COVID19

As a precaution to help slow the spread of COVID-19, the Calaveras County Clerk-Recorder is not providing service to walk-in customers.  To the extent possible we will assist via phone and e-mail.  Please contact the County Clerk-Recorder’s office at (209) 754-6372 or email us with any questions or concerns.

What services are available through mail or on-site mailbox slot? Recording, Fictitious Business Name Statements, Death Registrations, Burial Permits, Fair Political Practice Fillings, Environmental Filings, Notary Bonds if notarized, Birth/Death certificate requests if notarized.
