Vital Record Fee Changes Effective January 1, 2022
Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 103625, the fee for certified copies of birth, death, and marriage records will increase. The below fees will be effective January 1, 2022.

Request Records Online through Calaveras County
You must appear in-person at the Calaveras County Clerk's office to complete the processing of your request.
Orders for certified copies can also be mailed in or faxed to the County Clerk Recorder's office by completing the form through the above link and printing out the completed application.
